House Tutorial

In this tutorial we will be making this house. The picture is of the original house, the graphic below is what the finished tutorial looks like. You can download the selection files below Also you can download the doors PSP below. Unzip the selection files to a folder of your choice, and we'll begin |

First we'll open a new 900 x 325 transparent image
|
 |
|
Lets add a new layer and name it backpeak |
 |
|
now lets go to selections/load from disk and load up backpeak.sel |
 |
|
using the color #EEE8D2 Flood fill this selection |
 |
|
Now lets go to effects/texture effects/blinds and use these settings the color used is #CFC4C0 deselect the selection and save the image |

Lets add another layer and name it rightsidepeak
|
 |
|
then we'll go to selections/load from disk and load up rightsidepeak.sel |
 |
|
Flood fill with the same color and then go to effects/texture effects/blinds and apply the same settings as before. Deselect and save, your image should look similar to mine. |

Lets add another layer and name it main base
|
 |
|
then we'll go to selections/load from disk and load up mainbase.sel |
 |
|
using the color #8B5B5B flood fill this selection |
 |
|
then go to effects/texture effects/texture and apply these settings Deselect and save your image |
